While you are purchasing a course from us, you need to accept the Refund policy as mentioned below.
OUR REFUND POLICY:
For Instructor-led live training:
Asha24 maintains the opportunity to reschedule the sessions because of trainer sickness or other major situations like earthquakes, floods, political instability, pandemic situations, etc.
The participant can raise a request for a refund before the day of the start of the batch you enrolled for.
- If you have attended the training for more than a day or have downloaded course material from the portal then the requests are not accepted.
- If you have enrolled on discounted price enrollments the refunds are not provided.
- If the participant will not turn for attending the scheduled sessions then a money-back is not provided.
For Self Placed Learning:
The Money-back guarantee is void once the course materials are shared.
Cancellation & Refunds:
In cancellation of a session or an event, then refund will be provided to the participant.
- You have to apply a request for a refund within a week after the enrollment. If it is after 7 days of taking the course then it will be not accepted.
- If the student like to join the instructor-led sessions to clear their queries for the purchased course for more than one time and if the trainer is not available in near future, will be allowed to attend another trainer sessions.
- The tax prices are not included in a refund.
- If you have purchased more than one course, in that case you can reach our support team from the Help & Support page which is available on our website.
Make sure refunds are not provided immediately, will be processed within 20-30 working days after the refund request is raised.
